i plan to fit a sub woofer in my spare wheel well.

has anyone else done the same thing?
how did you do it and any problems associated with it?

any pics would be really appreciated

Its not the ideal way to do it as its not really deep enough to be an effective encolsure.

the subwoofer is a jl audio 12w6v2 if that helps!

if i raise the floor up a few inches would it help my case?

if its anything like my 13 W6 then you will need to raise the floor more than a few inches as they are deep buggers and the box needed is quite big!

fear-how much is yours raised up by?
and if you have any photos of the build of your sub enclouser, i would appreciate it.
thats the exact position and sub i want to build, soo any help would be great.

lol, yeah i got that much but i didnt think the corsa boot was so deep from the top of the boot seal down to the metal floor.

sorry for bringing this thread back again...

but is their any benefit from having one sub in comparison to two??

i know about the whole thing with speakers cancelling each other out etc.....i do physics.

but will there be better sound quality from 2 10 inch subs on either side or just one 12 inch in the wheel well?
