was it a static yellow box if so it wont flash if it was facing you as it could cause you to crash so thats why they only flash at the rear of ya vehicle thats why they are testing new technology which enhances cameras to take crystal clear pics without the aid of a flash

if it did flash it must have bin a vehicle traveling the opposite direction
these cameras have known to be dodgy if they are for some reason loose and wobble in the wind high wind its activates them an they flash

the ones facin u dont flash. they use infra red lught so u dont c i, but the camera can stil take a pic.

you may be lucky and not have any film in it, but otherwise looking at 6 points, plus fine, not much you can do, cos the front facing camera's get a picture of you aswell, so cant even say you werent driving!!

you might get lucky, ive known of people to go over cameras past the speed limit before and never got anything through. in future, a) put onion juice on your numberplate  so ive been told will reflect your plate, b) do a u-turn, pour petrol over the camera and set it alight

i went thru a forward facing camera, and it flashed at me, but i havent heard anything yet, been 4 weeks now
