you could make it 5-stud by matching cally or cav 5-stud hubs to fit the corsa then use the rear disk set up aswell.

or get the hubs/brakes etc off a 1.7turbo diesel c, they're 5 stud arent they?

Or you could fill and drill your current hubs as 5 stud Vauxhall alloys come in PCD 100x5...
