Will these go in and run from a normal PCI slot? Standard PCI cards are quite hard to find now with dual monitor outputs

No, PCI-E needs a PCI-E slot.
Are you looking for a card to run alongside an AGP card or is it an old computer with no AGP slot?

along side an AGP card. it's a shuttle system so not that easy to throw in another motherboard.
