For a start that acer and he's asking about asus.
Second, even if you weren't talking about the wrong manufacturer, how good they are at monitors is about as usefull as the price of cheese.

I've got a Asus laptop

Got a T7100 Core 2 Duo 2Gb of ram, 160 Gb hard drive, and a nvidia 8600 Geforce graphics...

Does alright... only bought it to use at uni, but it's surprised me, it's not run slow at all at any point! (I removed XP off of it!)

Cost about £650 about 3 months ago.

Thats basically the same as me F3Ja, only mine has a ATI graphics card instead of an Nvidia. I use mine for gaming, and it runs everything i throw at it, i should imagine yours will aswell
