i may be wrong part number 15 in the pic looks like it



edit... done a bit more searching and looking at the epc and number 15 is just a packing piece that goes over the outer hook. I take It someones cut the hook\mount off to put buckets in ??

well lee mitchell said they do rust and work themselves loose and then they fall through, common problem.
