I've just installed XP Pro along with ATI Video and Control Panel on my Compaq Presario 2100 and web browsing is still very jerky when I scroll up and down the page.

Laptop has 20gb HDD Intel Celeron 2.40GHZ and 192mb of Ram

It ran fine on XP Home

I uninstalled the ATi Driver and reinstalled it, installed some updates then rebooted.
