hello everyone, crashed me pride and joy yday. i hit someone with a fat off tobar  went into my radiator and bent some body work.
whats that bar at the front of a corsa that takes most of the blow when you hit something, you can see it easy when you take off the front bumper. its about a meter long, just under and is black and is fixed by two brackets under either of the headlights.
whats it called and do you need one to pass for your MOT?
one other thing, on corsa's you have a sort of bar which you can see when you open your bonnet. its what holds your headlights in place and is at the front where your bonnet clips shut, that has bent down slightly so i need to bend it back upa bout 1.5/2 inches.
is this going to be a problem, any one got any ideas of prices?

you my friend are an acctuall legend, that is the main part that is damaged on my car. the onli thing is the one tht is currently in my corsa is bolted as well as welded into position, do you think this will be easy to remove?

angle grinder, cut it out, new one in place, couple of spot welds and a bit of selotape
