Anyone know for any tutorials or any simple programs i can use to build a header for my website.
Ive learned to use dreamweaver (small amount of code and design mode  ) and ive looked at flash from macromedia before in the past, but never sat down to try and learn it.
IS it the easiest program to use, or would someone recommend any other?
IF so, if you have any links to basic, simple tutorials, that would help.
