What file format do movies have to be in to play on my jvc dvd headunit??

its the JVC KD AVX1

also anyone know any good viedos??

I'd imagine they will have to be actual DVDs, or copied DVDs, don't think it will play mpegs, avis etc....

AVX2 does divx and divx ultra aswell as normall dvd not sure about the avx1 tho
