my mates got a corsa 2.0 16v
its down the on the log book as a 2.0 as well but the insurance doesnt recognize it has a redtop?
do you no why?

If the car is down as a 2.0 on the logbook, but not on insurance, this is because he hasn't told them.
Or, the details in the DVLA database have not yet been changed.

must take a while to update because if its down on the log book as soon as you tell them your reg it should bring it up as 2.0 ???

Should do yes. I'm not sure how long it takes for them to change the system, but i would think they do it ASAP.
Maybe there has been a mix up?
