i am formatting my laptop and want to save all the bookmarks, but a cant find them to put them on cd... so how do you do it ?
i know with IE you just save the Favorites folder but cant find the firefox one...
can anyone help.

on a mac....
go to bookmarks, then organise bookmarks. In there selected file, then export and you can save them where you want.

Local drive, documents and settings, (user you are using), application data, mozilla
Just copy and paste the whole folder
when you copy it again, firefox will be up again with all the cookies, saved passwords (if any) etc...
edit: application data is a hidden folder, you will need to change settings to view hidden files and folders
