you mean 'karndean' flooring??
It is very expensive thats what it is..Some sort of special wood/vinyl stuff.. Costs mega though....
My joiner I get specialises in it and soad our top landing which isn't big would cost about £500 at least depending on design etc..

Cheers mav the sales manger explained it just, its becuase they can't have wooden floors in the property due to building regs or something so had this put thought the property
