spax are a bit of a pain with taking stuff back apparently. their warranty is only valid if the kit is fitted by an approved dealer (I am now an approved dealer) also, their customer service number is a £1 a minute line

u2u me for the direct landline number I am talking to them next week about display stands etc... will ask them about if you want, I imagine they will be helpfull if they are tyring to impress me as a new trade customer

sorry your wrong. it doesnt need to be an approved dealer and there customer service number isnt £1 a minute i think your confused with the technical support line

go back to the place you purchased them from and see if they can do anything.
