jow hard is it 2 grind valves back into a head cud i do it my slef or is it better gettin someone who nos wat there doin 2 do it ? also wat can i clean my valves up with wats the best stuff 2 remove all the shit off them ? help asap please much aprchated cant spell oh well lol

Drill with a wire brush to clean the valves up. If its just to reseat original valves then do it you self with the paste and wooden stick from any good car shop not halfords

probably not if u needed to ask, to be honest. If you get someone else to do it, watch whilst they do it, then u'll know for next time and wont have the concern of whether your doing it wrong or not. It is quite an easy job, its just knowing what your doing.
