my gears have become hard to engage.if you try and change gear slowly they are hard but the faster you change the easier it is.this is making me think that maybe the gear box is knackered.but i took the selector mechanism off and couldnt see any think wrong with any of the gears inside.any 1 got any ides??

Could play with the adjuster on the clutch cable. There was a time when I had to do this regularly

have you tried setting the linkage up.This is the first thing you should try and may be the answer to not spending money you dont need to.

im gunna try that tomorrow.the clutch is fully adjusted already.i will do the linkage and let you know what happens
