do i have to use the proper 360 wireless thingy (£60) or can i just get onther one the same as what my pc uses that was like £15?

propper wireless thing for xbox, i just had to get one. tried a netgear usb adaptor but no luck.

You need a wireless ethernet bridge.
Can get them for about 30 or 40 quid but you do not need the 360 one.
Has been covered on here a few times so there might be the cheapest one if you search.

Mine is'nt a proper Microsoft one, and set its self up nice and easy. Can't remember how much I paid for it, but I used it with my old Xbox before the new one came out with its own adaptor.

yup you can conenct your xbox to your ethener port on pc.
