If I had 2 bluetooth dongles, could I send stuff from my PC to my Laptop via it? Or is there a quicker way, Im wanting to put my music on it.

You could.
A network cable would be faster, wireless network slower but still faster than bluetooth.

yes bluetooth is awfull to try and network i really wouldnt bother easiest way would be to install a dvd writer and just copy the music onto dvds.
if your pc is recent it probs has a dvd writer already.

My advice would be to start from the PC end of the bluetooth connection.....
