Right much help needed.. me & fella moving in together... want to decorate our bedroom but i need some ideas on style & colours. I totally have no idea what looks good etc.
Also buying a brand new bed & all furniture. I also need some sort of dressing table or something but i cant decide if i like them.
weres Jade..ur always good at these things.

hi, go for browns or mochas and creams which will look nice or if you want contempery go for white with a feature wall i.e. wallpaper or different coloured wall
im a painter and decorater so i know abit about wat people are going for,

mirrored walls/Ceiling/Floor?
Keep it simple, neutral/pastel colours

If Colin let me run riot in his bedroom........................ I'd have 3 plain walls (cream or white) and one feature wall (papered with a big bold design)
I'd keep the colours neutral on the 3 plain walls (cream or white), but put up a big print wallpaper that includes one bright colour (any bold colour of your choice) on the feature wall. Then bring in matching accesories in the bright colour

i did have red on my wall at home for a feature wall but it like it very contempery so iv done all the walls in white with black and chrome details and mocha covers and other bits and bobs works really well i love my room so does the misses
