I am changing the driveshaft on a 1.6 16v corsa sport at the weekend..
What tools will i need?.. IE what size bolts will I encounter etc.

22mm for the castle nut and I think the ball joint bolts are something like 15mm. You will need to replace the ball joint nuts and bolts when you put everything back together. The inner CV for the driveshaft is held in with a snap ring. You need to replace that too otherwise you will run into issues of the driveshaft falling out.
So, in short, you will need your socket set and your spanners. A Haynes manual is a usefull tool too and it tells you the answers to your questions in there.

You will need come circlip pliers too to remove the CV joints, unless you hae a whole driveshaft kit complete with CV's already.
