Finally got a valver as with most comes with small problems
When warm the engine ticks over at 1.5k then sometimes flickers between 1-1.5 im assuming its the air flow meter connected to the induction pipe.
Is this correct or am i thinking wrong?
Also
The powersteering when cold is jerky like its got air trapped in the system. Could this be true and what are the things i could do to make it right?
Thanks in advance

yeh probably mate but before spending 2 much i would check out what is def wrong, perhaps an air leak that only shows up when warm, its common for the iac's to go down though, as for the pas try changing the fluid failing that id check the one way valves etc in the rack.

So for example if the carb is full of shit and making the butterfly valve stick up slightly this would cause it. Whats the best thing to use to clean the iac ?
Ill have a look through haynes manual about power steering changing fluid etc
