impossible
can someone make a short list of outgoins you incurr when you own a house and a rough price?
tax, water etc.
seen one for 55k thought wooo i can afford it, then went to see the guy, its a lease holding and a commercial property too dammmit, the is a offer on it already and planning permission to make it a residentail holding, but its a cash buyer so thats me out for a start.

I couldnt tell you what i pay in bills etc. But with a combined income of around 50-55k, me and my housemate manage easily. Could easily manage of half that. I'll try dig out some bills to give you an idea of what we pay out.

hi adam how are u my bills are
leccy = 40
no gas
tv = 11
water = 25
house ins = 20
c/tax = 96
car ins = 40 for both of us on both cars
internet and phone line = 26
life cover for me/mrs and mortage protection = 45
mortgage = 640 on a 108k 3 bedroom house over 25 years with deposit
me and mrs combined earn around 45k and we manage easily

most flats/aprtments will be lease hold, on 200yr leases (or around that).
Its normally for building insurance/up keep costs.
