Not really a bad areia, Manchester has better road links thats all i think. and for a small town, Im not sure people would get to here about it.

It looks good though (studio will be small though)
Ive been looking at moving from mine into one with a pool and gym just for residents (has a hot tub on the roof aswell), but its a little further out of the centre than mine at the moment so not in such a good place. Cant make my mind up!

i viewed a newish studio flat when i was looking ... trust me you will hate it after a while!
Can u not get a 1 bed flat/house for that much a month?

sounds like their are two of them, so would need a 2 bed I think. Totally agree about a studio though, especially with two people. Im in a 2 bed apartment on my own, and even think with 2 it could be annoying!

I would push for a house, i used to have an ex who had a 1 bedroomed flat and it really did my head in!
Plus in a studio flat u have, longe/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, so if u want mates/family over u sleep in the same room (not that that would happen  )
Plus if u have an arguement ... ud have to go sit on the toilet or stand in the kitchen
You would make ur life so much easier having a house! Ive jst bought a house and every room bar one is mine, so Richie almost has his own bedroom with pc/xbox in etc so he can go do his own thang of a night and i can watch my tv programs
It is nice thou, shame u cant get a flat like that thats 2 bed for a little bit more!

I think people just assume its bog standard new house deco, large rooms with magnolia on the walls, cream carpet and white ceilings
