If you look at the bac of the house.. look at the upstairs left hand side window. The new extension will come from that wall 5.5metres (ie: where the single storey roof is, thats coming out) and it will go two stories high across the whole back.. it will double the size of the place!! lol

have a look here
the only difference is we were told we wouldn't get planning permisson with the internals as they show on here, so we had to make Bedroom 4 a en suite, and then moved the small bedroom 4 to the back of the house, halving the main bedroom. also the juliette balcony has now been taken off.

this is how it was on the originals.

it was on the plans you/ve seen, but it wouldn't have passed planning permision as it was, so we had to halve it in size. the new ammended plans are slightly diffeerent but still look ok

still a nice size with an en suite too
plus you could sell the conservatory if its not damaged, i have got 2 and 1 is coming down in the summer and stick it on ebay, that way whoever buys it comes to collect it so you dont have do worry about gettin rid of it and a bit of extra cash in your pocket, even if its £200, its £200 that can go towards your build
