personally dont like it, they have looked at much nicer ones IMO. I wont be living there for too long though (few months between moving out of my apartment and finding my own house) so cant complain too much!

have outline planning permission to knock the stables down and build a pool/gym area next to the tennis court. Then will build some new stables somewhere round by the new garage thats getting built.

sale fell through 
Found out on the survery that the property had nothing legal written into the deeds about being allowed access up the farm track to the barn. So we asked them to contact the track owners and get it in writing.
They contacted them and said they were given the all clear by them but wouldnt get it in writing. We refused to accept this so they put a deadline on us to complete and we didnt bother.
So its now back on the market and we are back looking elsewhere.
