anyone haggled a better deal? tried to phone them today twice, both times i gave up after holding for 15mins and not even getting through.
Basically i pay 25 quid a month for boradband, considering i could pay a quid more and get phone and tv off sky do you reckon i can blag a free upgrade or a price cut with virgin?
I'm not interested in phone and tv etc as i live at home and dont want the phone bill coming out of my account! feel like im getting a raw deal though at present!
