Was just wondering what you peeps think is the best broadband package?
I am currently with virgin on a dial up connection, and i am gettin fed up wiv it lockin up, takin ages to go online etc+want it faster so i can download music and porn vids

im getting ntl on fri
mmmmmmmm 600k not the fastest but it better than the 33k in runnin at now

ntl capping amount u can download per day.
i'm with telecom plus 20 quid a month 1/2 mb 2 1mb connection

it all depaends how much you have to spend - get a 2meg Leased Line
at about 20K a year

Err not to sure stu, i think so cos my mate just up the road has cable, so i am pretty sure i do!!
How much is it a month? and how much is installation/modem?

its 25 quid a month for 512k
35 quid a month for 1meg
and they are also doing a 2meg trial for the first 1500 customers
installation/modem varies from month to month with special offers n that
give Sales dept a ring on 0800 953 5000

i got AOL, i know they havent got a right good name, but it is pretty fast av. d.load speed is about 45 k/s

i was with aol dial up but they were expensive i thought. so i changed. i get speeds of about 60-70, good for music not so for films

45kbps is not that good, u should be getting above 50 kbps

Anyway all my m8s ave Freeserve, its the best by far anyway its 610k, and is over 50kbps! not by much lol, well it is where my m8s live, in Mk

Doubt it mate
Easynet is the leading ISP - with over 30 sub ISP under its name and also has the biggest fibre optic pipe line in the UK and gcan offer speeds faster than any offer pan euro ISP.

if you go to bt.com they have all the different providers on there, so you can get your facts right. i have BTopenworld, absolutely fine with it, downloads at about 70K at best or 50-60 normally.
p.s i did only get it from bt because of my staff discount but i am happy with it, my other mate at work has it from pipex
