but when i put the 3g sim in, it keeps saying sim activation failed, am i just being blonde? i've tried manually searching, it finds o2 3g signal, but cant access it

Its a 3G sim, to go with the new handset. It'll need activating before it works, they'll then deactivate your old sim

Russ do you know what happens to the old hard drives when dell send out replacements?
NHS get to keep them and I think the IT guys must have massive amounts of storage in the house because its always errors that would be fixed by a proper format.

most of our pc's are compaq or hp mate, we cant use anything that weve had replaced cos the nhs is stupid like that, so we usualy send it back. why such a random question lol
