I've got a read only folder on my desktop, can't delete it

I've tried to make it un- read only (right click, properties, yada yada), but it hasn't worked.

Any ideas?

Ok, tried that, it's saying 'The process cannot access the file because it
is being used for another process'

The folder is empty, I don't understand it

At least try restarting the computer.

If there is ever anything wrong with a computer at least try restarting it.
