Ever used Endnote? It's a little referencing application. I've saved the document to my Desktop as i've tons and tons of files all saved in My Documents under relevant folders and it's quicker to find this way.

It saves a folder in the same place as you save the document and me wanting to be neat and tidy is upset about it

Move the document and create a shortcut to it on the Desktop.
