witha 2.0 16v froma k plate on a coil pack, not sure if it has a cat or not,
going into a v reg shell
would i need a cat?
if i dont, how does the mot guy go about this due to it all being comper linked to the dvla
and lastly if i do need a cat, what would be the best way of having one? and what would be the best exhaust system and cat, ?
i-e std manifold corsa cat, grp a scorpian system which is 2-1/2 inc bore? or would a 2-1/4 inc bore be good

I think a K-plate would need a cat. Anything after 1992 (not sure of the exact date) and K is 1993 AFAIK
The need for a cat (or not) is based on the year of the engine, not the car

right well when i get the engine ill know.
so on the basis of that,
to fit a exhaust system, would a 2-1/2 inch bore be the best for that engine, or a 2-1/4 inch bore?
