where can I get it to put on my sisters pc?
need it to install her new microsoft...

i have an external hdd so i can save the set up file to transfer on to her pc

You can download XPs2, and then run a file, cant remember how exactly, and combine a windows install with SP2 so its streamlined as a fresh install too
