i payed £5 for a month (about a month ago) just to keep me occupied untill the heavenly black box came down from the light. I was assuming my gold account would just turn into a silver if i didn't pay the next installment. But i'm still a gold member and can only assume the fuckers have taken another £5. which i dont want.
How can i cancel this?

go on xbox.com and go to billing information and stop it in there

you have to ring them or change payment method to top up vouchers. you cant cancel DD online

just play on xbox live. atlest it works 100% and theres some good games to play :schock:

lol... erm no. it hardly works. every gears of war game i try to get in either kicks me out or i manage to get a round or two.
but thats not the reason. i just generally dont play on it anymore, as theres no reason for me to keep paying.
