Hi Guys,

I'm new to this so bare with me...

My EGR valve on my Corsa Sport needs replacing and I wanted to know whether or not I should spend a fair bit of money on getting it done! - I was quoted £123 at the garage just for the part!!!!!

I have also been to another garage and they said it will take them a couple of hours to change them over.

Has anyone else had the same problems???

i had same problem, could buy a new manifold and blank it off for a lot cheaper.

think janspeed do one for £180, consider the cost of fitting on the egr and the manifold is an upgrade and will be about the sameprice, also a blanking plate for the EGR few squid from vaux

The EGR has nothing to do with the Exhaust manifold.

I heard Egr Valves are common problems on a corsa and if there are replaced they can go again up to a few months later?
