Take a look at this:
Looks like a laptop doesn't it? Well, in fact it's a desktop. It has no battery and only comes with a power supply to plug it into the wall.
I don't get what they have done there? They have take a laptop and removed the functionality of it. It isn't designed to be portable. I think they have made them for schools who want to be able to have computers in a classroom, but keep the classroom dual purpose. They overlooked one thing though, they are too easy to nick I now have to design a desk to hide it in. It's supposed to have a flip top on it which when you open you can see the lapt... PC and then use it. Fucking stupid.

what a crock of shit surely having a computer built into the actual desk is a better way to go about it all (what we used to have at school)?
are they doughnuts you have on the corner of your desk?

Well, the company I work for makes desks with built in PC's, and Samsung want us to make one for them. I think it's odd, but it's money and we can't turn it down.
The tech guy came in and gave me a doughnut, he left the box. I thought bonus, but there was only one left in there - the one he gave to me

What a strange device.
I think they should have
1) Kept the battery, its always useful in power cut etc, even if its just to save your work
2) if its designed to be non-portable, why not give it a decent keyboard layout
