You will need a fannymould gasket, a downpipe gasket, U clamps and some paste.

The fannymould gasket can be bought from any local spares shop. They are only a few quid.
I was just looking at the downpipe. I'm unsure on that Sportex, but my Janspeed used an original one. It may be an idea to call Sportex and ask. Then you won't get stuck halfway with no gasket.

If you need to ask, should you really be fitting it? im all for people having a go at DIY but getting it all fitted properly and aligned properly is a job for getting it on the ramps.

thats not true. i fitted my entire system at home on axle stands. If he doesnt do jobs for himself how will he learn?
and tbh fitting an exhaust isnt hard if he takes his time and has a mate to hold bits.

Yeh i should be fitting it as its my car and a garage will charge me stupid prices to fit when its not rocket science i asked the questions to get the answers i just got to make sure ill have all the bits needed to do it in one go If i dident ask the question i would have tryed to fit it saw what was wrong and then worked it out from there....
If you don't try something for your self for once your be getting mugged off for the rest of your life and wont know how to do fuck all....Shops are rip off places..
I can fit bike cranks etc im sure a car exhaust will be easy enuff...

You could use your old gaskets but while your going to the hassle of fitting then worth replacing
