on the 15th June our street got flooded but it never touched the house, but on Monday it was a different story, within a few hours, Leni had to abandon her car at my mums and walk home (the water level came up to her thighs). Basically our house was surrounded by 2 foot of water, luckily our house is on slightly higher ground than people round the corner from us so we esacped flooding. Though most of Leni's family are flooded.
