one of the mechanics moved my car before and he reckons my spring is turning on the strut, now i fitted the coilovers myself and i wasnt sure what bits were needed but i fitted the top mount and the metal bit under it onto the strut ontop of the spring and a spring plate

sound right?

springs turning on the cups is fine, its normal to do it
