right my pc has some sort of video card, opened the badger up and it say riser video card, not sure on any sort of make etc,


what can i do with it basically lol, it has 2 ports out the back, one just says video and the other says S-video

sounds like it has intergrated graphics, but uses a riser card for the connections (might be worth reading your manual).

Not sure what you mean, what can you do with it? But you'll have one DVi or VGA, so connecting to a monitor, or LCD/Plasma, and the s-video is usually an analog output for TVs that have an s-video input. Though majority of cards come with a s-video to composite (yellow phono socket) which allows for a composite feed.
