since re installing windows....

when I scroll down theres a delay and it flickers through...


any idea of any cures its most annoying seeing as though it didnt do it before?

thats a radeon something or other.. dvi and vga with tv output

if its ati then download the catalyst will have the correct driver

ok im pretty sure is radeon 9250
