Author Car jerking and stalling??

As of today going down the motorway my car started to judder a bit, then stopped so i ignored it. But about 30 mins later it started to do it again but harder and when i stopped in traffic the revs dropped to about 600rpm and then cut out. It also took a while to get it started again for some reason and I had to have my foot on the throttle for it to start.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Is the ECU light on? If so, i wud get it hooked up to a diag machine, i had similar problem ended up being the coolant temp sensor

Awaiting, conversion parts and exhuast manifold . Otherwise I would shuve it in now

Was going to say sounds simular to mine when the coolent temp sensor was knackered, falsh some codes up for it to see if its stored any

similar thing appened on mine, there was a snapped wire going to it, yes it does exist, check your haynes

Did a fault code check using a mates code reader.

P0130 - something to do with the lamba sensor, but clears when i give the car a clouting so that one doesnt bother me as I've had it since my lamba sensor was moved.
P0400 - "ERG Flow Malfunction", No idea on this once so could anyone spread some light on this please as how to fix that one.

Any help is very much appriecated.

Also forgot to mention that the engine is running very rich. Don't know if this will help at all or not?
