Where do i start So bloody pissed off!
We need a 2nd line in the house for the internet so placed an order with BT on the 9th of this month they gave me a date for the line to be put in and that was the 12th i paid them the full £125 when the 12th come there was no bloody show from them or no call to say they wont be out 
So made a quick call to them and they said they didnt know why they never turnt up so i said i want the line in ASAP as i have paid them and they said no problem they will phone me back, STILL to this day i have heard nothing apart from tonight when i phoned them and was told they couldnt see any order on the account on there computer Said i hadnt paid either, Now i get really pissed off so i ask them to sort it out or al take things into a serious matter then 5mins later on hold they said "oh we have found ur order and it has been put on hold ! wasnt good enough i said then was told i would have my line in by the middle of jan  then bloody cut me off! 
so will be back on the phone to them tomorrow!
Anyone else had this sort of problem with them or is it just me with not much luck this month 
ARGH rant over!

why do you need another line for the internet? this isn't 1994 and dial up users hog the phone line?

Long story why we need 2 lines 
1st line is for the shops that we have (computer linked upto them from home) and the 2nd will be for my internet

I would never have a BT line again after how they messed me about! Can you not get cable? Or do you get a 3G signal? You could get a data package for your phone which is similar to a 1meg line? Anything has to be better than BT!

I've never dealt with a firm as shit as BT, customer service is fookin useless and they don't know there arse from their elbow.
Mark, is that an adopted name? Like the David Beckham at BT I spoke to last week.

I've never had a problem with BT. Except when I had a couple of weeks until my line got installed, and rang every day to see if there was a cancellation available and one time the woman said "Sorry, no cancellations but we do have a free slot in 4 weeks time". I pointed out that it was 2 weeks AFTER the date I already had and she went "So you don't want it then?".

We have an update on the matter 
Bt are still cocks tho 
I have 61credit to my account for all the pissing about and the line will be in on the 28th 
Soon as 28th comes i will be going with talktalk for the £16.39 package that they do for the internet and phone 
So bt can go fuck themself as from then

Bloody joke Very pissed off been on phone to trade and standards aswell.
They have put the line on hold YET again They still have £125 plus another £25 that belongs to me and yet i have no phoneline and have been told they will be in contact with another date to get the line put in  
Have told them to ram the line and i want my money back supposidly its going to take them 10-15 days to put the money back into my account yet they can take the cash out there and then 
Have been looking at a Three3 7GB data thingy £25 a month with 7gb? anyone know if they are any good?

If you've got coverage, yeah, they're good. It's not as reliable as having it through your home broadband but it does the job. The GF has one instead of a phone line at uni.

Hmm might give it a try then i have been told im in a turbo area so will be a good signal supposidly 
Still would rather have a line with BB as i like to download alot of things wheres i wouldnt be able to download with the Three i dont think

i rang bt to sort out my 360 nat settings and to set up my hub, after about 2 hours of faffing and remote controlling my laptop they acheived nothing and my hub phone didnt work/
it took someone english the next day to fix it...
