hi there i have my mot soon in my driverside innner arch the plastic linning is broken off will this be a mot fail if so are all corsa inner arches the same or will i have to get the specific one for my car

Will only fail if its fouling off somthing ie wheels,suspension,But if its just simply missing no it wont fail as it doesnt have to be there 
Im asuming your talking bout a corsa B? if so they are all the same

Has mine without arch liners for 2 years now, just leaves you with a slightly messier engine

Does a broken wing mirror (broken mirror glass) count as an MOT falure?

mirror will only fail if its the drivers side one, if its the passagers side one the you have to have a interior mirror if not then it will fail

As TomSBD said
You must have 2 mirrors!
1 must be on the drivers side.
But it also depends on how badly cracked it is. If its just one clean crack and it doesnt affect the pattern you may find they will still pass it!
