This time they have snapped the steering lock, i.e. it still turns when the key isnt in.

Also when i drove it to check, it doesnt quite lock on, but when i turn the wheel it does catch then frees off again. Obviously it cant be driven like this, but what does it mean, as in can i fix it or does she need a new steering coloum
