Ive been trying to change the ID3 tags etc in some MP3s so they can be played as album groups on my MP3 player but some still must contain some info i cant see cos I they appear in different albums phen played on the MP3 player.
Ive been using ID3 TagIT and Tag&Rename.
Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

theres two versions of ID3 tag and your player may be picking up information from one of the versions your software can't see.
I would download winamp as it'll show you both v1 and v2 of ID3 tags when you view the songs information

tag It will copy v1 to v2 and vice versa

Winamp does it - open a track in it, highlight it and press ALT + 3 to open the ID3 tag window
