Dont have a diagram but from memory goes like this:

From the thermostat to the top of the rad (obviously)

From the other end of the rad to the big plastic pipe to the back of the water pump (pipe 1)

Then at the timing belt end of the engine at the end of the head there is a pipe which comes out of the head and goes into pipe 1, back to the water pump (labelled 2)

Then in the middle of the inlet manifold a pipe comes out of the head and splits, the large pipe is the supply for the heater matrix and the small goes to the throttle (pipe 3)

The other pipe on the throttle returns to the top of the header tank

Then the return from the heater matrix joins pipe 1 and returns to the water pump (labelled 4 where this goes)

then on the gearbox corner of pipe 1 there is another take off, this goes to the bottom of the header tank (labelled 5 for you)

The last one comes from the top of the rad and to the other small pipe on top of the header tank

Flow is straight forward, out of the head via thermostat back into the water pump via pipe 1

out of the head to the heater matrix and throttle at pipe 3

return from the heater matrix pipe 4

Hi I know this is an old thread but I have this same issue, but I can't view the diagram picture as to make reference to the coolant hoses numbered.

Only just dug the corsa out after years of leaving it. All. Even re painted now ect.... but struggling with the pipes around the back to and from the heater matrix and out the back of the water pump 😡

Any body help?? Would be much appriciated !
