What millage do you change the cam belt on a vtr? Can some one list them please

Im looking at getting one there al between 50 - 70 k on the clock just wondered when you supposed to change them?

vaux rule is 8v - 80000 miles, 16v 40000,

i would do it before you start saying hello to conrods tbh
