I have my company listed as the number 1 whenever anyone searches for our name, however I'd like to go a bit further, and do what the likes of the below do, where it lists sublinks underneath the number 1 search.
Does anyone know how you do this?

I read that and read that it is algorithmic... So providing your site appears at the top of the search results and contains certain elements the web spiders find, then it'll do it in the future...
Potentially someone suggested its from a site map on the site. or something like that... The problem is, is figuring out where the spiders are gathering the info from the newcastle site to generate that...
Then implement it on your site, wait for web spiders from google to re gather info and hopefully it'll get implemented when your site appears top of the search results.
