The car is lowered 60mm on bilstein shocks and springs i know it's going to be a bumpy ride but it seems to be really bumpy and bangs you think that it might need re-bushing?

if it's properly banging then you are using the full travel of the dampers and it's hitting the bump stops you can get smaller stops for the top of the suspension but it's still going to be bad

Did the bilstein kit come with its own bump stops or have you reused the original ones?

If you reuse the original bump stop that was designed for the original ride height and not -60mm, you are supposed to remove the amount lowered from the bump stop, or have a minimum of 25mm bumpstop.
