They can ALL come out without the need for a press.

Yeah Powerflex ones seemed to have a smaller ID, but the bracket still closed up tightly over them

For the wishbone, we (I say we.. I just watched) got a socket big enough to push the bush from one side, then another socket on the other side to act as a support, then put a G-clamp over the two and wound it shut.
As it closed, the bush slid through nice and easily.
The tie bar bushes were a bit more interesting - you just need to get a decent sized tap, clamp it in a vice and just keep smacking the bush cartridge until it comes out.
I tried cutting and burning the old one out, but the cartridge acts as a little protective cage and it's really pointless.
Loads of WD40, loads of smacking and it's all gravy.

how do the powerflex ones go on joff?
We couldnt really work out where they were meant to go, on the tie or the roll bar itself...
My bar is rusty to hell and the brackets seemed welded to it, prob just rust, but mine doesnt have any bushs actually on the roll bar, only on the tie bar where the roll bar connects to it.
Also will the bushs fit with any anti roll bar size? would i notice a difference if i got a new 26mm one like the GSi's use?

Anti roll bar bushes are held in by a U shaped clamp - there's only one size bush listed, so it should fit for all the range - mine was too big, but went on fine.
Anti roll bar bushes (Powerflex) are one piece, but split.
Tie bar bushes are two piece, with a metal insert.
